Kuzy Snap-on Case for Retina Macbook 

This week I picked up a 2014 Macbook pro from amazon, to protect it I picked up the Kuzy Leather snap-on case.

Giving my track record with other snap-on cases from amazon I decided to take a gamble, especially at almost $35. When it arrived this morning I had a few issues getting it on at first, but once it was snuggly secure, it wasn't going anywhere until I wanted it too.

The case features a nice soft-touch leather that even has a cut out for o so popular glowing Apple logo that every one likes to flaunt. All cut outs for all the important peripherals and more importantly the bottom two vents are present.

I would like to point out that to get the bottom piece on correctly I had to start towards the back of the computer, but once it was on it fit like a glove. It's not the cheapest option out there for your beloved Mac but given that the speck hard shells star out at $50 dollars these are a little nicer and cheaper.

CES 2015

The consumer electronics show is only days away and I can't wait to see what companies like Samsung and LG have in store for us. One of my favorite things from CES 2014 was the Nvidia Shield, the android powered handheld with Nvidias game stream service. As the week progresses i'm sure I won't be able to contain myself so I'll most likely be writing about these products as soon as I hear about them.

Galaxy Note

With the launch of the third generation phablet from Samsung, I can't help but reminisce about the very first commercial that made me fall in love with the behemoth of a phone.
At the time it was one of those dreaded AT&T exclusives which means being a long time Verizon customer i would at least have to wait for the second iteration. I still never got an original Note but that being said I will  probably be pre ordering the Note 3.

Canon Facebook Camera?

Finally after all these years (two or three) we are finally getting a Facebook ready Camera. Most phones now days support snap and share with facebook being a native choice, Canon took this a step farther and actually slapped a Facebook branded button right on the side.

The Powershot N is not the first device to rock a physical Facebook button, HTC has had two different model phones with low success rates both times.

While the regular Canon N is still available, the Facebook Edition will be exclusive to the Canon online store and retail at $299.99 in September.

Galaxy S4 "Not" The Next Big Thing

When you see all the Samsung propaganda about it's top iPhone competitor the galaxy s4, your first thought is "I would use those features all the time!' but in truth most off the top selling features that give it an edge over it's competitors are just gimmicky.

After a month with the Galaxy S4 the aww factor started to ware off and it was just another phone. Don't get me wrong The S4 is a beautiful phone with a great camera and an awesome screen, but i think most of the features are hard to use for beginner smartphone users or people who just want the phone to work without a second thought. All in all It's really just the next thing, because once the fancy oo shiny gimmicks ware off it's just another phone
